Retail Apprenticeship Level 3
Our apprenticeship programme can offer you the experience of working in a retail environment whilst earning and learning as you go.
This role is designed to help Assistant Store Managers (ASMs) develop a comprehensive range of knowledge and skills.
Key Areas of Development that the apprenticeship will cover:
Leadership: Enhance your ability to lead and inspire your team.
Operational Excellence: Learn best practices for maintaining high standards in store operations.
Project Management: Gain skills to effectively manage projects and support day-to-day activities within the store.
Duration: 15 months plus end of programme assessment
Eligibility criteria:
Not be in any other form of funded education or training such as college or university
Have been an EEA/ UK resident for a minimum of three years
