Stock Condition Surveyor

Job Description TristoneNash are currently assisting an affordable Housing Provider with the appointment of an Asset / Stock Condition Surveyor surveyor to join their Property services team.\n\nCore duties will include:\n\n * Carry out detailed Stock Condition Surveys and investigations of stock to support effective investment planning / maintenance\n\n * To be responsible for investigations/surveys to determine appropriate remedies to building defects and repair issues.\n\n * To develop specifications and programmes of work across all repairs and maintenance areas.\n\n * To procure small packages of works\n\n * To manage effective delivery of contracts and programmes of work as Project Manager/Contract Administrator.\n\n * To ensure and advise on compliance with relevant building related regulations, i.e. Building Regs, DDA, Party Wall Act, CDM, asbestos, fire regs etc.\n\n * To undertake such duties as are reasonably commensurate with the level of the post, including supporting all operational areas within property services team.\n\nThe successful candidate is required to be;\n\n * Monitoring of budget against programme and financial key performance indicators.\n\n * Understanding of the principles and application of health & safety regulations.\n\n * Experience of working with statutory requirements, Building regulation, fire regulation, asbestos, legionella etc\n\n * Experienced of Budget manage...
