Stock Condition Surveyor/ Domestic Energy Assessor

We're on the lookout for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to carry out condition surveys and EPCs on a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks.

* Conduct detailed stock condition surveys

* Produce accurate EPCs in compliance with current regulations

* Work across a variety of property types (occupied and void)

* Paid per completed survey – competitive rates

* Immediate start available

Candidates should have the following experience and accreditation.

* Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor and qualified DEA

* Accreditation with a recognised energy assessor scheme (e.g., Elmhurst, Stroma)

* Own transport

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Work self-employed outside IR35 in a flexible manner, long-term contract available
