Steel Fabricator / welder
Due to expansion and growth permanent positions have arisen for Welder/ Fabricators . . Please note that the main base for this role will be North Lanarkshire (Temp - Perm)
Rate of Pay - Days £22 per hour - + Overtime (Dependant on experience)
Pay Model: CIS / Umbrella
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all fabrications meet the required specifications and quality standards.
* Collaborate with welders and other team members to ensure efficient project completion.
* Maintain and care for fabrication equipment to ensure smooth operations.
* Comply with health and safety procedures, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven Fabrication experience within the industry.
* Strong understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings.
* Proficient with fabrication tools and machinery.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* Relevant fabrication qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
