This could be your opportunity to represent award-winning, iconic brands including Optimum Nutrition, BSN and Nutramino. /p p Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within a relevant gym, sales or retail environment or have brand ambassador experience within FMCG/Consumer goods market. Regardless of previous experience, you’ll need to demonstrate: br Energy, drive, reliability and passion to deliver excellent service to clients and customers br Excellent engaging communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and implement change br Strong relationship building skills and previous experience delivering against target and KPIs. br Knowledge of gym culture and an understanding of habits within all levels of gyms in the UK. br Strong organizational planning and analytical skills br Ability to document ideas and actions to drive performance from business plans br A keen eye for detail and an ability to see potential within the sector br Ability to gauge language to speak to all levels of management and influence /p p Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility: br Develop strong customer relationships within your territory and identify and unlock incremental distribution opportunities br Sampling and talking knowledgably about all aspects of sports performance and supplementation. br Maximise Glanbia Performance Nutrition brand presence within the trade in your territory br Full understanding of features and benefits of all Glanbia products sold and the ability to lead conversations to promote these items br Provide existing accounts with on-going support and identify additional opportunities for growth br Lead/facilitate Glanbia Performance Nutrition category & brand training with key retailers/gyms/affiliations. br Support key customers in the re-merchandising of planograms where required. Maintaining brand visual and operational excellence in compliance br Develop a high performing field mentality to deliver on all KPIs br Use effective communication to share best practice with colleague’s, keep Line Manager informed of all requirements and to drive excellent education and engagement levels with all customers br Escalate issues and find resolutions before problems arise where possible br Maintain an expert understanding of clients’ business and products to aid successful selling br Execute to a high standard at all times br Offer, without being asked, quality and concise feedback to line manager that helps to drive forward the client’s business and Retail growth strategy br Completing all administration tasks to ensure time requirements are met and that work is of a high standard br Fully understand the clients Retail landscape to allow for competitor advantage and seasonal opportunities to be delivered /p p Key Competencies: br Energetic and passionate about sports nutrition br Excellent presentation skills br Good interpersonal skills br Eye for detail br Understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape br Flexibility & resilience br Strong relationship building skills br Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines. /p
