Job Title: Specifications Technologist

Location: Bristol

Salary: Up To £32,000

Hours: Monday to Friday

Hybrid: 2 WFH, but must be commutable site

Responsibilities:

* Legislation along with customer codes of practice

* Customer Questionnaire

* Raw Material OR Finished Product Specifications

* Documentation of procedures

* Liaising with suppliers

* Supplier Approval

* Liaising with Internal & External Departments on Specification Compliance

The Candidate:

* Degree in Food Safety/Food Science/ Food Technology or Similar.

* Experience Writing Specifications within the food industry (Essential)
