We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Mentor (SM-ASC) to join our team in Norwich. The successful candidate will provide specialist mentoring support to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in higher education. This role involves facilitating students' academic and personal development by offering strategies and support to overcome barriers to learning and university life.The role is set to begin at the start of the new academic year (from 1st September 2025) and is a hybrid role. All successful candidates must be able to travel to the local University or college and offer both in person and online sessions flexibly to meet student preferences.

It is expected that you would act professionally and maintain confidentiality within your role at all times, sharing all relevant information with Randstad to ensure the best possible service to your students.
Requirements for the role:
As this is a specialist role, you must have the correct qualifications and training. All students you will be supporting are funded by the Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) meaning all candidates providing this role must adhere to the qualification framework set out by the DfE.
Candidates must be qualified to undergraduate degree level (level 6 as minimum) AND have taken extensive training in adult autism.
