About the Role:
You'll be working with pupils with a range of needs including autism, complex learning difficulties, sensory impairments, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. Your role will be to create engaging, inclusive lessons that promote progress, independence, and confidence.

We're Looking for Teachers Who:

  Have QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• 
  

  Are passionate about SEN and inclusive education

• 
  

  Can adapt teaching methods to individual learning styles

• 
  

  Have strong classroom management and communication skills

• 
  

  Are creative, calm, and resilient

Desirable Experience (not essential):

• Experience with#####rong data-s#####="1250" data-end="1258">PECSMakaton, or Visual Learning Aids
• 
  Knowledge of EHCPs and differenti#####n
