hotel spa membership coordinator required in the cotswolds, this hotel spa is a small high end spa, the product they offer is amazing and is aimed at the luxury high earners market. as a membership coordinator you will do show arounds, secure membership, secure repeat membership, the role will also be front desk based and you will work on the spa reception as well. spa membership coordinator 314.15 per hour, 40 hours a week contract, parking on site plus plenty of benefits. due to the location, own transport is needed. this is a luxury spa, that has a gym, classes, swimming pool, wet spa facilities and spa treatment rooms.

the role
as a spa membership coordinator and reception host, the role is split into two parts. the 1st part is greeting members on the reception, check them in and issue towels, please deal with any issues to ensure a luxury service. the other part of the role is on membership, you will do show arounds, you will be able to talk with the luxury members who will want to join a club like this, you will secure the right membership package for the possible new member and with current members encourage repeat membership. this role will include all the standard spa membership coordinator duties.

experience
you will have great communication skills, both in person and phone communication skills, you will have a knowledge of spa / gym facilities.
