Sous chef required for a restaurant serving a range of fresh food dishes in the Lechlade-on-Thamesarea of the Cotswolds, £38k basic plus tips of around £200 to £500 a month depending on the month. They have parking on site, the menus are fresh food and a range of dishes. The role As a sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. you will support the chef de parties to ensure each section is ready for service, to run a section some days and other days you will run the pass if the head chef is off. this role will include all the standard sous chef duties.
