Job Description Sous Chef - Sevenoaks Kent
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at The Bull Otford Kent. You will assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen operation while setting and maintaining a standard of excellence and creating extraordinary dishes.
You will help lead a team of dedicated and experienced professionals and report to the Head Chef. You will be also responsible for motivating, developing and training the more junior members of the brigade.
We change the menu daily to utilise market offers. We use local artisan suppliers to get get the best produce.

Entry Requirements: We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Chef who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the industry.
