Schedule: Tuesday to Friday
Service Structure: Tuesday to Thursday: Double: Lunch - Prep; Dinner - Service

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our Michelin-starred Japanese kitchen in White City.
Our restaurant is dedicated to delivering an exceptional Omakase experience through a meticulously crafted 19-course tasting menu, featuring the highest quality sushi, nigiri and refined hot dishes.
What Were Looking For:
As Sous Chef, Im seeking a right-hand team member who brings both precision and leadership to the table. You should have: Exceptional knife skills and familiarity with Japanese ingredients and techniques
Strong cooking fundamentals , particularly in high-end, fine dining environments
Proven ability to lead and manage a team , maintaining consistency and calm under pressure
Experience with structured service , including back-to-back sittings and fast-paced execution
