About the Role
As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the kitchen, helping to deliver high-quality, freshly prepared dishes for takeaway and delivery. You'll be working with a passionate team, ensuring consistency, speed, and taste across every order.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking fresh dishes to a high standard
- Maintaining consistency in flavour, portioning, and presentation
- Operating efficiently during peak delivery times
- Supporting the Head Chef and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly
- Upholding cleanliness and food safety standards at all times

- Experience as a Sous Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen
- Excellent food preparation and knife skills
