Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in French-inspired cuisine and will be able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Head Chef to develop menus and ensure consistency of quality
• Liaising with suppliers to source the freshest ingredients
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen staff

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a similar establishment
• Strong knowledge of French-inspired cuisine
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
