Sourcing Specialist

Sourcing Analyst Location: Sidcup (On-site) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
We are currently seeking a proactive and analytical Sourcing Analyst to join our team in Sidcup. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing , who is self-motivated and open to occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sourcing strategies and procurement processes across the business

Analyse supplier data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing requirements

Manage supplier relationships and support contract negotiations

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (preferred)

Proven experience within supply chain and manufacturing is essential

Up to 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related role

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

Willingness to travel as required
