Job Description Chef Tom Sellers’s two Michelin starred Restaurant Story is looking for a Sommelier . A fantastic opportunity to work with an incredible wine list and an equally talented team, you will be responsible for delivering a thoughtful and engaging wine and beverage experience to all our guests in a friendly, creative and inspiring restaurant environment.

Tom Sellers tells his story and the story of British food through an ever-evolving tasting menu of seasonal dishes. The restaurant gained its first Michelin star after five months of opening in 2013 and its second Michelin star in 2021.

Sommelier Requirements
Previous experience as a Sommelier within a high-end restaurant, preferably Michelin or 3 Rosette + level
