Job Description Sommelier – Nela London (Opening 2025) Location: The Whiteley, Queensway, London
Following the success of Nela Amsterdam, we’re bringing our celebrated concept to London
We’re looking for a Sommelier to join our opening team and help shape one of London’s most exciting wine programmes.
Nela means pure. We focus on live-fire cooking, high-quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality . Our warm, design-led space invites guests to share good food, wine, and conversation. At Nela, everything is rooted in purity—flavour, service, and experience.
Your Role
As Sommelier, we will need you to take ownership of the wine, list and service, work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to offer thoughtful pairings that elevate the guest experience. You’ll curate a list that reflects both excellence and accessibility, and train the team to deliver service with knowledge and warmth with a mix of both New world and Old World wines
