We acquire and operate a portfolio of amazing software assets. We typically buy niche, profitable software companies and focus on improving and growing them.
The Role
As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:
Setting and reviewing product and engineering roadmaps across our portfolio companies
Managing technical interventions and leading incident response for critical issues, serving as the escalation point and providing hands-on architectural guidance when needed
Mentoring and developing engineering talent across multiple business units
Establishing and enforcing engineering standards, best practices, and quality metrics while implementing effective change management during acquisitions and technology migrations
Strategically allocating engineering resources across portfolio companies based on business priorities and partnering with recruiting to build high-performing teams
You’ll report directly to the founder and CTO with high ownership.
This is a challenging job. You will need high intrinsic motivation, IQ, and EQ to succeed.
