Maintain, develop and improve both performance and practice in all aspects of the Public Law Outline throughout Children’s ServicesHave an overview of all cases in pre and care proceedings throughout Children Services to ensure that they are completed within the required timescales, identify and address any issues that cause delay to ensure good outcomes for children and their families within the Borough
