About the Role:



As a Social Media Manager at TSA, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our clients' digital presence to new heights. From overseeing our largest social media accounts to executing influencer campaigns, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our clients' online narratives.



Key Responsibilities:



+ Social Media Management: Take ownership of our largest social media client, including content creation, community management, and scheduling across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

+ Paid Campaign Optimization: Implement and optimise paid campaigns on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

+ Content Creation: Utilise your creative flair to produce engaging content for lifestyle, fashion, and alcohol brands, leveraging tools like Canva and CapCut.

+ Strategic Planning: Develop monthly content calendars, ensure timely posting using platforms like Later, and stay ahead of social trends and pop culture.

+ Influencer Collaboration: Support influencer campaigns, identify key influencers, and manage gifting processes to maximise results.



About you:



+ Proficiency in social media and influencer marketing, demonstrated through relevant experience.

+ 3+ years of professional social media experience, including agency and client management.

+ Passion for generating social-first content and deep familiarity with social platforms.

+ A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

+ Creative thinking aligned with company and client needs.

+ Expertise across various social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

+ Skilful in creating engaging, visually appealing content, particularly video.

+ Exceptional copywriting skills with keen attention to grammar and spelling.

+ Eagerness to take initiative and contribute positively to the team.

+ Confidence in presenting to senior team members and working collaboratively.

+ Proficient in MS packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
