Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
Plan and schedule engaging content in line with brand goals and audience interests
Analyse performance metrics and adjust content plans based on insights
Collaborate with design and marketing teams for campaign alignment
Monitor trends, respond to followers, and manage community engagement
Stay up to date with social platform updates and best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong copywriting, content planning, and brand voice skills
Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns independently
Strong visual content skills – Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
Creative mindset with attention to detail
