Reed Marketing & Creative are currently partnered with a hugely successful B2C business based in Oxford, who are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join their dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Taking ownership of our social media platforms, from strategy to execution (mainly working across Instagram).
Spending time out capturing great moments and creating content that sings.
Promoting events, writing compelling listings, and managing event pages across platforms.
Telling stories that reflect their people and culture.
Leading & supporting of content, training them up to be confident, creative, and consistent.
Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to plan, report, and drive sales-focused campaigns.

The successful candidate will have previous working experience across all social channels (mainly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) across paid and organic. Also experience with social media stratergy, implementation and strong content creation across video, photo, copy and a analytical thinker.
