Job Title: Site Supervisor – Internal Fit Out (Data Centre)
Location: Peterborugh, UK
Start Date: Monday, 19th May 2025
Duration: 3 Weeks until approximately 6th June 2025
Day Rate: £220 - £250 CIS per day
Site Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Employer: Tier 1 Main Contractor
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee internal fit-out works on a near-completion Data Centre project for a Tier 1 Main Contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors and coordinating fit-out packages to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate internal fit-out trades and subcontractors on site
*
Monitor progress against programme and report to the Site/Project Manager
*
Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality control
*
Conduct regular site inspections and enforce Health & Safety regulations
*
Liaise with site teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
*
Maintain accurate site records, including progress and H&S documentation
*
Support in snagging and closing out internal works to client standards
Requirements:
*
Valid CSCS Card
*
SMSTS certification
*
First Aid qualification
*
Proven experience supervising internal fit-out works, ideally on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to work to deadlines and problem-solve on site
