About the company:

Our client is a privately owned construction company based in Suffolk who have been established for over 70 years. As a group, they turnover in excess of £60M and services they cover includes demolition remediation, asbestos removal, concrete works and aggregates. Projects range up to £5M in value and are undertaken throughout Suffolk, Cambridge and Essex.

About the opportunity:

Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, my client is recruiting permanently for a CCDO Gold Card Site Supervisor. Working as a Site Supervisor you will be joining the companies’ demolition division and will be responsible for the day to day supervision of a site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety.

About the requirements:

In order be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a CCDO Gold Card and have proven experience of working as a supervisor within the demolition industry. Due to project locations, you must reside within 1 hours commute from Ipswich and hold a full UK driving license. Additionally, as this is a permanent opportunity, my client is looking for a professional who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each previous post for a minimum of 2 years.

About the benefits and rewards:

For this permanent opportunity, my client is targeting professionals looking to earn anywhere from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, however there may be flexibility on this as the specific salary will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer (either a fully expensed company van or travel allowance) in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large successful company.
