Position Overview:
As a Site Supervisor for our client in the facade sector, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the on-site installation of façade systems, ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, monitoring progress against the programme, and reporting to the Project Manager. Your role will also include conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and quality checks, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations on-site
*
Coordinate and manage subcontractor teams
*
Monitor installation progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
*
Enforce health and safety protocols and carry out risk assessments
*
Maintain accurate site records and report daily activities to the Project Manager
*
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required
Qualifications / Skills required:
*
Proven experience in cladding installation or a similar construction role
*
SSSTS/SMSTS certification
*
CSCS card
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
*
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
