Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support site engineers and administrative staff, ensuring efficient daily operations
* Liaise with customers on job planning, work allocation, troubleshooting, and project execution
* Oversee the creation of risk assessments and method statements, ensuring compliance with regulations
* Conduct site safety inspections and promote workplace safety standards
* Collaborate with the sales team to assist with quotations and site visits
* Handle equipment testing, procurement, and certifications
* Maintain job packs, site documentation, and operational planning
* Promote health and safety practices, reporting unsafe working conditions
* Provide general office and site support, ensuring smooth administration and facility management
