A leading financial markets firm are implementing site reliability engineering principals and are looking for an experienced technologist to drive automation in systems observability.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Linux and DevOps professional with a mixture of on prem and cloud-based experience to play a key role in deploying and managing observability tools, metrics, and dashboards, and driving automated monitoring, alerting and incident response in an infrastructure-as-code environment.
You should apply for this role if you are/have:
5+ years in platform/DevOps/SRE engineering or related
Prometeus, Grafana, Golang preferred
Very strong Linux experience both on-prem and virtual
Containerisation experience using Podman or Docker
Terraform, Ansible; CI/CD experience
Experience to datacentre and compute hardware services
Degree educated or higher in Engineering, Computer Science or related
This is a £550-600/day PAYE role (employers taxes paid separately) initially for six months.
