Site Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage cross-functional teams including production, warehousing, and customer services

* Ensure site operations align with business goals and quality standards

* Oversee facility management, health & safety, and process improvement initiatives

* Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and quality, health, safety & environmental teams to drive performance and customer satisfaction

* Monitor KPIs and reporting, including on time in full (OTIF), stock management, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integrity

* Implement Sales & Operation planning and contribute to strategic planning

Requirements:

* Proven experience in an operations management role within a manufacturing or distribution environment
