Site Manager – Belfast – CAT A/CAT B & Retail Fitout
Our client are a leading fitout contractor with sites in and around Belfast, Northern Ireland and sometmes Nationwide, and they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.
Duties:
* Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you will manage projects based in Northern Ireland, and the rest of the UK when required.
* Managing multiple sub-contractors and communicating with clients
* Good knowledge of health and safety matters
Essential:
* Experience working in commercial fit-out
* Willingness to work in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or the rest of the UK if required
* IT literate
* Full Driving Licence
Desirable:
* First Aid
* CSCS Card
* SMSTS
* Flexibility for working hours: willing to work overtime / nights and weekends when required
