️ Site Manager – Residential Project (Norwich Area) 🏗️
📍 Location: Outskirts of Norwich
🕐 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9-hour shift
💼 Job Type: Temporary (12-month contract)
💰 Pay: £225 - £250 per day (CIS / UMB options, PAYE available)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Site Manager to oversee a small residential construction project near to Norwich. This is a long-term temporary role, expected to run for the duration of the project (12 months).
As Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the site, ensuring health and safety standards are met and works are completed on schedule. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and organised professional with residential experience.

SMSTS Certification

First Aid Qualification
*
Valid CSCS Card
*
Experience managing residential builds

Strong communication and leadership skills
