Site Manager - Externals (Windows, Doors & Roofing)
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + £5,500 Car Allowance

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality external refurbishment works across social housing stock in Brentwood. The successful candidate will take the lead on projects involving window replacements, door installations, and roofing works.
Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring all external works are completed to a high standard
Oversee the installation of windows, doors, and roofing in line with project specifications and health & safety regulations
Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget
Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and maintain H&S documentation
Liaise with residents, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption
Monitor programme performance and report on project progress
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering external refurbishment works (windows, doors, roofing)
Strong understanding of health & safety procedures and construction regulations
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
