Site Manager - Externals (Windows, Doors & Roofing)
Location: Brentwood, Essex
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + £5,500 Car Allowance
Type: Full-Time | Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality external refurbishment works across social housing stock in Brentwood. The successful candidate will take the lead on projects involving window replacements, door installations, and roofing works.

• Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring all external works are completed to a high standard

• Oversee the installation of windows, doors, and roofing in line with project specifications and health & safety regulations

• Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget

• Conduct regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and maintain H&S documentation

• Liaise with residents, clients, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption

• Monitor programme performance and report on project progress

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering external refurbishment works (windows, doors, roofing)

• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures and construction regulations

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence
