Site Manager: Edinburgh/ Central Belt:
Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new permanent opportunity on diverse civil engineering projects?
As a Site Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of our projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Site Operations Management: Overseeing all site activities, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety protocols (HSE) on site, conducting regular site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment. Ensuring all environmental policies are adhered to.
Team Leadership and Management: Supervising and managing site staff, including direct labour and subcontractors. Motivating the team to achieve project objectives and ensuring high levels of productivity.
Project Planning and Programming: Collaborating with project managers to develop and maintain detailed project programmes. Monitoring progress against the schedule and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
