Position Site Manager
Location Selby
Salary £60,000 - £65,000 + package
Randstad have partnered with a new house building company who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee their housebuilding projects in the Selby/Harrogate/Leeds region. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction development sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest quality of work and customer service.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of a construction development site from start to finish.
Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Maintain the highest quality of work and customer service.
Manage the construction of new build sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, NHBC standards, building regulations, and quality standards.
Undertake quality control procedures and inspections.
Attend plot inspections with the Local Building Inspector or NHBC.
Deliver a high standard of site presentation.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:
Essential:
Valid SMSTS qualification.
Significant previous experience in a similar role for a new build residential house builder.
Valid CSCS card at Site Manager level (or equivalent).
Experience of effectively managing teams.
Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and building regulations including quality standards.
Valid first aid certificate.
Full UK driving license.
