Job Title: Retrofit Site Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
Benefits: Van and fuel card (or potential car allowance), 22 days holiday + bank holidays

Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Retrofit Site Manager to oversee insulation-focused retrofit projects across Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor delivering domestic energy efficiency upgrades under ECO and PAS 2035 standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day site operations of retrofit insulation projects
* Ensure work is completed in line with PAS 2035 standards and ECO requirements
* Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Liaise with internal teams and clients to maintain progress and quality
* Carry out quality checks and ensure snag-free handovers
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience managing retrofit projects, particularly insulation-focused
* In-depth knowledge of ECO schemes and associated compliance standards
* Familiarity with PAS 2030/2035 practices
* Background in joinery or wider construction is advantageous
* Full UK driving licence required
