Site Manager

The Project:

The development, a large-scale RC frame build, has been on site for six months. With the RC frame now complete, the project is entering a critical phase involving the external envelope and internal apartment fit-outs. You’ll work closely with the existing Project Manager to drive progress across all areas of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the external works and envelope packages (cladding, roofing, glazing etc.)

Manage internal trades and ensure apartments are delivered to programme and spec

*

Monitor site safety, productivity, and compliance with current regulations

*

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

*

Report progress, identify issues, and help keep the project on track

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or residential projects (£30m+ value ideally)

*

Previous involvement in RC Frame developments and internal fit-out stages

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

*

Ability to hit the ground running and manage busy programme phases independently
