Site Manager – Commercial Solar Installation
Location: Kent
Start Date: Monday 5th May 2025
Duration: Through to October 2025
Rate: £300–£350 per day (depending on experience)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a large-scale commercial solar installation project in Kent. You will be responsible for:

Overseeing all on-site activities from mobilisation to handover
*
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and quality standards
*
Coordinating subcontractors and managing site labour efficiently
*
Liaising with clients, suppliers and the project management team
*
Maintaining accurate site records, progress reports and RAMS documentation
Essential Requirements
*
Proven track record managing commercial solar PV installations
*
Valid SMSTS certification
*
Current First Aid at Work qualification
*
Relevant CSCS card (Gold/Site Manager level)
*
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
