We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an exciting groundworks project based in Hereford. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on-site and ensure the successful delivery of a well-structured and safety-focused civil engineering project.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations for a live groundworks project
*
Deliver clear and concise daily briefings and toolbox talks
*
Manage and uphold strict health & safety standards across the site
*
Implement and monitor RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
*
Coordinate site activities in line with project timelines and quality standards
*
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Requirements:
*
Valid CSCS Card
*
SMSTS certification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
*
Proven experience in managing groundworks or civil engineering projects
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
A proactive approach to site safety and compliance
This role is suited to someone confident in leading a team on-site and ensuring that every aspect of the build aligns with health and safety legislation and project goals.
