Site Manager - Fit Out Project
Location: Harlow
Rate: £350 per day
Contract: Freelance - 6-month contract starting 19th May
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fit out project in Harlow, working in a live public-sector environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal refurbishment works and a proven track record of managing site teams effectively.
Requirements:
Valid SMSTS certification
Black CSCS card
First Aid at Work
DBS check (current or recently obtained)
Experience in delivering fit out or refurbishment projects in live environments
