Site Manager – Retail & Leisure Fit-Out (Travelling Role)

📍 Travelling UK | 💰 Up to £60,000 + Package

Walker & Sloan are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on fast-track fit-out projects across the retail and leisure sector.

You’ll be joining a contractor with a strong pipeline of major retail brands, restaurants and leisure clients, delivering nationwide rollouts and refurbishments.

Responsibilities:
✅ Full site management responsibility on fit-out projects
✅ Managing subcontractors and site operatives
✅ Health and safety compliance
✅ Client liaison and programme management

Person spec:

*

Strong fit-out experience (retail, leisure, hospitality sectors)

*

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualified

*

Flexible with travel and occasional night shifts

*

Able to work under tight deadlines and deliver high standards
