Freelance Site Manager – External works - curtain walling , render, cladding, brickwork, also, areas of hard and soft paving to roofs.
📍 Location: Bristol
🕒 Shift Pattern: 7:30am - 17:30pm
📆 Start: Immediate

💷 Rate: Competitive (DOE)
We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a high rise student accommodation project in Bristol. Candidate must have external facade experience.
You’ll be joining the project at a crucial stage — supporting the push to completion, ensuring quality standards are met, and driving subcontractor performance on late shifts.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
*
Oversee and coordinate site activities during late shifts (12–8pm)
*
Manage subcontractors to maintain programme and quality targets
*
Maintain site health & safety standards at all times
*
Liaise with project managers, contractors, and specialist trades
*
Support final stages of project handover and client expectations
✅ What We’re Looking For:
*
Previous experience delivering external works
*
Strong leadership and site coordination skills
*
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification essential
*
Eye for detail, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills
*
Ability to push progress while maintaining top-quality workmanship
