Site Manager

e are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a major retail fit out project in Bristol City Centre. This is a fast-paced, high-profile scheme with a 24/7 programme, running multiple shifts, and will require a team of 3–4 Site Managers rotating across days and nights.

The Project:

Large-scale retail fit out of a well-known, city-centre premises

*

24/7 live site, operating in shifts

*

18-week duration with potential for extension

*

Strong team environment with multiple managers and trades on-site

Responsibilities:

*

Managing day-to-day site operations on a rotational shift basis

*

Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers

*

Ensuring high standards of health & safety compliance

*

Monitoring programme and reporting progress

*

Managing site documentation and quality control

*

Liaising with project and commercial teams

Requirements:

*

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates

*

Proven background in retail fit out, ideally on high-value or fast-track projects

*

Strong communication and coordination skills

*

Ability to work as part of a team across rotating shifts

*

Comfortable working in a live, high-pressure environment
