We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on an active office refurbishment project in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity to step into a well-organised site and oversee day-to-day operations for a short-term period.

Key Requirements:

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications – essential

*

Proven experience managing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) packages

*

Strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain programme, quality, and health & safety standards

*

Excellent communication and coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and the client team

Responsibilities:

*

Oversee all site activities and ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard

*

Manage daily site logistics and report on progress

*

Coordinate M&E works and ensure alignment with overall programme

*

Maintain site documentation and uphold health & safety protocols
