Site Manager

TQR are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a shopfitting background to join one of our clients growing teams. This is a hands on leadership role for someone with solid experience in shopfitting and a passion for delivering outstanding fit outs on time and on budget.

As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on site, working mostly in a team of 4 people ensuring shop fitouts are completed under schedule, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

What You’ll Need:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in site management

*

Strong background in joinery/shopfitting/Carpentry

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

Proven track record of delivering fast-paced fit-outs

*

SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential)

*

Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities:

Manage site operations and daily activities

*

Ensure compliance with H&S regulations

*

Monitor progress, quality, and deadlines

*

Report to Contracts Manager daily/weekly
