Are you a standalone Site Manager looking for your next challenge We’re seeking an experienced professional to lead a mixed-use construction project, incorporating both new build and refurbishment elements.
The Project:
New Build: Steel frame structure with a pitched roof and rain cladding system.
Refurbishment: Full strip-out and refit into a multi-use office space, including asbestos investigation works.
External Works: Brick slip cladding, landscaping, bin storage, car park, and breakout grass areas with lunch benches.
About You:
Proven experience as a standalone Site Manager in similar projects.
Ability to manage all site operations independently, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to timelines.
Essential Qualifications & Certifications:
Black Card CSCS SMSTS First Aid at Work Asbestos Awareness
