An Exciting Site Manager opportunity has arisen for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to join a long term freelance contract for an immediate start.

This role will see you join a high end residential project managing one of the blocks. you will be reporting to the Project Manager, whilst managing the block you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & Safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities for Site Manager

• checking and preparing site reports
• day to day liaising and staff reports
• ensuring quality checks on site
• ensuring subcontractors are working to deadlines and programme

Requirements:

• previous experience working on RC frame projects with an internals biased.
• Keen eye for detail
• CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid
