Site Manager

We're recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee refurbishment projects, with individual project values ranging from �50k to �2.5m. The role will involve managing two live commercial sites - one in Warwick and one in Nottingham - so flexibility to travel between sites is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractors and trades

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards

• Monitor programme, budget, and material delivery schedules

• Maintain accurate site documentation and reports

• Liaise effectively with Power Grid stakeholders and internal teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing commercial refurbishments

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications

• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

• Willingness to travel between Warwick and Nottingham as needed

• Experience with utility clients or infrastructure projects is advantageous
