Site Manager

Location: Dudley, West Midlands
Salary: �280.00- �300.00 per Day

We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to assist in their search for a Site Manager in Dudley, West Midlands. This will be on a 150 unit traditional build housing scheme.

Duties

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for taking units from super structure through to handover. You will be responsible for managing around 30 plots at one time. You will be responsible for managing the programme, managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety, weekly reporting and reporting into the Project Manager on site. You must house building experience.

This is a 12 month freelance role and you must hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
