Site Manager with DBS

JOB TITLE: SITE MANAGER

LOCATION: TRURO ,TR1

I am currently recruiting a site manager who has plenty of experience on projects.

Key duties will be -

Regularly review timings, labour, materials and plant and project plans to ensure work stays on programme
Visiting the Sites and identifying the defects and resources required to cater the job.
Maintain constant contact with all sub-contractors to ensure adherence to the set programme.
Give toolbox talks and assist with site set up
Be able to lead on H&S
Work closely with site/project managers direct or sub-contracted
Manage Q/A and LogisticsEssential experience needed -

SSSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualifiedCIS pay

Pay Rate - 25 per hour

Weekly pay on a Friday
