Responsibilities and duties

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will:

Oversee daily operations of active construction sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers to deliver projects efficiently.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain consistent workflow.
Implement and enforce safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and toolbox talks.
Maintain high quality standards through routine checks and adherence to project specifications.
Keep accurate site records, including progress reports, daily logs, and incident reports.
Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Support resource planning and material procurement to ensure project continuity.
