Site Manager (Fit-Out)

Site Manager required to work closely with the Project Manager on a refurbishment / interior fit-out project within the Harwell Laboratory Complex close to Didcot.

The Site Manager will assist with the day-to-day running of the site, liaising with subcontractors, organising tasks for the site labour and delivering inductions to new workers. A laptop will be provided to record details of inductions and progress reports etc. Experience of commercial refurbishment/fit-out projects is essential.

CSCS Card essential (Black Card - or possibly Gold Card) along with SMSTS/SSSST and First Aid.

Day rate is flexible depending on experience. - potentially an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreperson will be considered.
